child safety policy
Effective Date: June 22, 2026
Our Commitment
NGL: Ask Me Anything (“NGL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to the safety of all users, and particularly to protecting children from exploitation, abuse, and harmful content. We prohibit any use of our platform to endanger, exploit, or abuse minors in any way.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
NGL strictly prohibits the following on its platform:
Any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form.
Any content that facilitates, encourages, or promotes child grooming, predatory behavior, trafficking, sextortion, or any other form of child exploitation or abuse.
Any content that sexualizes, demeans, or targets minors.
Any use of NGL to facilitate offline contact with a minor for exploitative or abusive purposes.
These prohibitions apply to all users regardless of age. Violations will result in immediate removal of the content and termination of the offending account, and will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
Platform Design Protections
NGL does not permit users to send photos, videos, or any other media files through the platform. All messages are text-only. This design choice reflects our commitment to reducing vectors for harmful content. All messages sent through NGL are subject to automated content moderation through our third-party moderation partner, Hive Moderation, prior to delivery. Messages identified as violating our policies, including those containing or referencing CSAM or other harmful content targeting minors, are blocked and removed before they reach the recipient.
In-App Reporting Mechanism
Users can report any message they receive that they believe violates this policy or NGL’s Community Guidelines directly within the app. When a message is reported:
The reported message is immediately removed from the user’s account.
Users who wish to request further review of a reported message may contact our support team directly at safety@nglapp.com, who will conduct a manual review of the reported content.
Users may contact our support team directly at safety@nglapp.com for additional assistance, follow-up, or escalation of any safety concern.
We encourage all users — and parents or guardians of minor users — to report any content or conduct that causes concern, even if they are uncertain whether it rises to the level of a policy violation.
How We Address CSAM
NGL takes the following steps to address Child Sexual Abuse Material:
All messages are automatically scanned by Hive Moderation prior to delivery. Messages flagged as containing or referencing CSAM are blocked and removed before reaching any user.
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform — whether through automated detection, user report, law enforcement notification, or any other means — NGL will take immediate action to remove the content and terminate the associated account.
NGL will report confirmed instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and will cooperate fully with NCMEC, law enforcement, and any relevant regional authority.
Child Safety Point of Contact
NGL has designated a Child Safety Point of Contact to receive notifications from Google Play and other platform partners regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content found on our platform, and to coordinate with law enforcement on child safety matters. Our Child Safety Point of Contact is:

General Counsel, NGL and its affiliates
judd.hines@modemobile.com
This representative is authorized to speak to NGL’s enforcement and review procedures and to take action as required.
Compliance with Applicable Law
